Great customer service

When we received this item the box was smashed and had several areas that were busted open. I immediately took pictures of the box in case something was broken when we opened it. Upon opening the box, the prop was broken. I emailed Marine Reuse immediately and informed them of the broken prop and it was broken during shipping. I received an email at 7:30 that evening and the owner of the company said they would send me a new one. We received a new prop within a week. We could not be happier with our trolling motor and this company. If I could rate them higher I would.
